Job Responsibilities
Front Desk Management
- Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and guests professionally
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a positive first impression
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
Customer Handling
- Assist customers with basic information and direct them to the concerned department
- Maintain a courteous and helpful attitude at all times
- Handle customer queries and minor complaints professionally
Administrative Support
- Maintain visitor records, registers, and documentation
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Support office staff with basic administrative tasks
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth office operations
- Ensure proper communication between departments and visitors
- Manage courier, dispatch, and basic office coordination work
Office Maintenance
- Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
- Monitor basic office supplies and inform for replenishment

- Experience: Freshers / Experienced candidates can apply
