Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Back Office Cum Telecaller to support administrative operations and handle customer calls. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills along with basic computer knowledge to manage office tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound and inbound calls to customers
- Provide information about products/services and generate leads
- Follow up with potential and existing customers
- Maintain call records and update databases regularly
- Perform back office tasks such as data entry, documentation, and filing
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow
- Assist in managing customer queries and resolving basic issues
- Maintain records of daily work and reporting
- Support administrative and operational activities
Eligibility Criteria:
- Gender: Female
- Qualification: Plus Two (Higher Secondary)
- Experience: Freshers / Experienced candidates can apply
- Age Limit: Up to 35 years
- Mandatory Skill: Basic computer knowledge
- Skills Required:
- Good communication skills
- Telecalling and customer handling ability
- Basic MS Office knowledge
- Time management and organizational skills
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (Based on experience)
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
