Job Summary
We are looking for passionate and dedicated Junior Faculty to teach core science subjects and support student learning. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, good communication skills, and a genuine interest in teaching and mentoring students.
Job Responsibilities
Teaching & Academic Delivery
- Teach subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Biology
- Prepare lesson plans and deliver engaging classroom sessions
- Simplify complex concepts for better student understanding
- Conduct regular assessments, tests, and evaluations
Student Support & Mentoring
- Guide and mentor students for academic improvement
- Address student doubts and provide one-on-one support when required
- Encourage active participation and interactive learning
Academic Planning & Coordination
- Assist in curriculum planning and syllabus completion on time
- Coordinate with senior faculty and academic team
- Maintain academic records, attendance, and performance reports
Classroom Management
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment
- Ensure proper classroom engagement and time management
Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated with subject knowledge and teaching methodologies
- Participate in training programs, workshops, and academic meetings
Eligibility & Requirements
- Qualification: B.Sc / B.Tech (relevant subject specialization preferred)
- Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply
- Strong subject knowledge in chosen discipline
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Passion for teaching and student development
- Basic computer knowledge
