Job Summary:
We are hiring a Branch Manager to manage branch operations, lead business development activities, handle customer relationships, and ensure smooth functioning of NBFC operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the NBFC sector, leadership skills, and the ability to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily branch operations and overall branch performance
- Lead and guide the branch team to achieve business targets
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer acquisition
- Handle customer relationships and ensure quality service
- Monitor loan processing, documentation, and collection activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and NBFC guidelines
- Review branch reports, sales performance, and operational updates
- Coordinate with senior management for business planning and branch development
- Support team training, motivation, and performance improvement
- Maintain discipline, productivity, and smooth workflow at the branch
Eligibility Criteria:
Gender: Male / Female
Qualification: Degree
Experience: Minimum 3–8 years of experience in NBFC

Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on experience
