Job Summary:
We are hiring an Assistant Branch Manager to support branch operations, sales activities, customer handling, and team coordination in the NBFC sector. The ideal candidate should have relevant NBFC experience and the ability to support branch growth and daily operational activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Branch Manager in managing daily branch operations
- Support business development and customer acquisition activities
- Coordinate with sales executives and branch staff to achieve targets
- Handle customer enquiries, loan-related support, and service requirements
- Monitor documentation, verification, and follow-up activities
- Support collection and recovery coordination when required
- Maintain branch records, reports, and operational documents
- Ensure proper communication between team members and management
- Help maintain branch discipline, customer service, and workflow
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and update the Branch Manager
Eligibility Criteria:
Gender: Male / Female
Qualification: Degree
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in NBFC
Skills Required:
- NBFC operations and financial product knowledge
- Team coordination and supervision skills
- Sales and customer handling ability
- Documentation and reporting skills
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Target-oriented and responsible attitude

Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month, based on experience
