Job Summary:
We are hiring a Students Counsellor to guide students, handle enquiries, provide course and career information, and support admission-related activities. The ideal candidate should have a Degree qualification and good communication skills. Experienced candidates are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students regarding courses, admissions, and career options
- Handle student and parent enquiries through phone, online, and direct visits
- Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures clearly
- Follow up with prospective students and support admission conversion
- Maintain student enquiry records and follow-up reports
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for student requirements
- Provide proper guidance and support throughout the admission process
- Build and maintain good relationships with students and parents
- Support daily counselling, admission, and office coordination activities
- Prepare counselling reports and update management when required

Gender: Male / Female
Qualification: Degree
Experience: Experienced candidates preferred
