Job Summary:
We are hiring a Telecalling Executive to handle customer calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and basic sales/customer support activities. The ideal candidate should have a Degree qualification, excellent communication skills, and strong observation abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers and prospective clients
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries professionally
- Explain company products/services clearly over the phone
- Maintain regular follow-up with interested customers
- Record customer details, feedback, and call updates accurately
- Coordinate with the sales or office team for customer requirements
- Maintain daily call reports and update management
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable information
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally
- Support lead generation and customer relationship activities

Qualification: Degree
Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
