Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, driving sales, and building strong client relationships to support business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and market research
  • Generate leads and convert them into successful sales
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of deals
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification: Any Degree
  • Experience: Must have prior experience in Sales
  • Gender: Male / Female
  • Skills Required:
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Sales and target-oriented mindset
    • Interpersonal and relationship-building skills
    • Basic computer knowledge

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience)
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
