Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) with strong leadership potential to manage customer relationships, lead support operations, and drive service excellence while contributing to business growth and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
Build, manage, and strengthen long-term customer relationships
Lead customer support operations (calls, chat, and coordination)
Handle customer escalations and service resolutions professionally
Guide, train, and mentor customer support teams
Monitor service quality, KPIs, and performance metrics
Maintain CRM systems, data accuracy, and reporting
Implement customer retention and engagement strategies
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations
Ensure high customer satisfaction and service standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduation in any discipline
Relevant experience in CRM / Customer Support / Client Management
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Language Proficiency: English, Malayalam, Tamil & Hindi
Smart decision-making and problem-solving skills
Professional attitude with a customer-first mindset
Good computer knowledge and CRM tools familiarity
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
