Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming visitors, handling calls, managing appointments, and supporting basic administrative activities to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and candidates in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Handle enquiries from candidates and clients regarding services and appointments.
- Maintain visitor records and manage the reception area.
- Schedule interviews, meetings, and appointments as required.
- Receive and manage emails, couriers, and office correspondence.
- Maintain basic office records and documentation.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record maintenance.
- Coordinate with HR team regarding candidate visits and interview schedules.
- Ensure the reception area is neat, organized, and presentable at all times.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (English & Malayalam preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email handling)
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
Qualification
- Minimum: Plus Two / Degree preferred
Experience
- Freshers can apply
- Experience in front office or customer service will be an added advantage
Salary
₹9,000 – ₹12,000 (Based on experience)
