Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and confident Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, communicate with customers effectively, and support business operations. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
  • Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally
  • Provide information about company services and offerings
  • Maintain and update customer database and call records
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities
  • Address customer queries and resolve basic issues
  • Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements
  • Meet daily/weekly call targets and performance metrics

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Gender: Female
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in telecalling/customer handling
  • Age Limit: Below 40 years
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge preferred

Salary:

₹10,000/- (Starting)
