Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers professionally
- Explain product/service details clearly to customers
- Promote products/services and support sales conversion
- Handle customer enquiries and provide proper information
- Maintain good customer relationships
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Support billing, stock checking, and showroom/store activities when required
- Maintain cleanliness and proper product display
- Prepare daily sales updates and report to management
- Provide polite and professional customer service
