Job Summary:
We are hiring a Purchase Coordinator to manage purchase activities, coordinate with vendors, maintain purchase records, and support procurement operations. Experienced candidates are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily purchase and procurement activities
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers for material requirements
- Collect quotations and compare pricing when required
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain purchase records
- Follow up on deliveries and ensure timely material availability
- Coordinate with accounts, stores, and management teams
- Maintain proper documentation of bills, invoices, and purchase details
- Support cost control and vendor relationship management
Eligibility Criteria:
Gender: Male / Female
Experience: Experienced candidates preferred
Qualification: Degree
Skills Required:
- Purchase/procurement coordination skills
- Vendor handling and negotiation ability
- Documentation and record-keeping skills
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Responsible and organized work attitude
