Job Summary:
We are hiring Office Staff to support daily office activities, documentation, coordination, and basic administrative work. Freshers with a Degree qualification can apply. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a responsible work attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily office support and administrative activities
- Maintain office records, files, and documents properly
- Assist in data entry, filing, and documentation work
- Attend phone calls, enquiries, and basic office communication
- Coordinate with staff and management for daily work requirements
- Support front office and customer handling activities when required
- Prepare basic reports and update office records
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of office documents and work area
- Assist in scheduling, follow-ups, and office coordination
- Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned
