Job Summary:
We are hiring a Front Office Executive to handle reception duties, customer enquiries, office coordination, and basic administrative support. Freshers with a Degree qualification can apply. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and interest in front office work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, customers, and clients
- Handle phone calls, enquiries, and front office communication
- Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules
- Provide basic customer support and information
- Coordinate with staff and management for daily office requirements
- Handle documentation, filing, and basic admin activities
- Maintain a clean, professional, and organized reception area
- Support data entry and office record maintenance
- Assist in daily office coordination and reporting work
