• Manage daily factory and production operations
• Supervise production staff and ensure workflow efficiency
• Plan and monitor production schedules and targets
• Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and maintenance teams
• Monitor machinery and operational performance
• Prepare operational and production reports
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower and resources
