Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Relation Executive to manage client interactions and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers and handling their queries effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Provide accurate information about products/services
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs
  • Support sales and marketing teams in customer engagement activities
  • Ensure a positive customer experience at all touchpoints

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Gender: Female
  • Qualification: Plus Two (Higher Secondary)
  • Experience: Freshers / Experienced candidates can apply
  • Age Limit: Up to 35 years
  • Skills Required:
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Customer handling and problem-solving ability
    • Basic computer knowledge
    • Positive attitude and patience

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: ₹14,000 + Incentives
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
