Job Summary:
We are hiring a Business Manager to handle field sales, business development, client relationship management, and sales team coordination. The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of field sales experience and strong sales skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute field sales and business development activities
- Generate new business leads and convert them into sales
- Meet clients, explain products/services, and close deals
- Build and maintain strong customer and client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth goals
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update management
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements
- Support sales planning, follow-ups, and promotional activities
- Maintain professional communication with customers and partners

Gender: Male
Experience: 2–4 Years in Field Sales
Qualification: Degree
Age: Up to 35 Years
