Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to oversee branch operations, team management, and business development activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills and operational expertise in managing branch performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall branch operations and daily activities
• Lead and supervise branch staff to achieve business targets
• Ensure excellent customer service and relationship management
• Monitor branch performance, productivity, and profitability
• Develop strategies for business growth and customer acquisition
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
• Handle customer escalations and operational issues effectively
• Prepare branch reports and performance analysis
• Coordinate with management for operational improvements

• Qualification: Degree
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience preferred
