Job Summary:
We are hiring an Assistant IT Manager to manage IT infrastructure, provide technical support, handle hardware and networking requirements, and ensure smooth IT operations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and experience in IT infrastructure and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support daily IT infrastructure operations
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, servers, and network devices
- Troubleshoot hardware, networking, and system-related problems
- Support Microsoft 365 administration and user management
- Monitor system performance and ensure smooth IT operations
- Implement and follow basic cyber security practices
- Maintain IT assets, documentation, and technical reports
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT support requirements
- Assist in planning and improving IT systems, security, and infrastructure
- Provide technical guidance and support to employees and internal teams
- Ensure data security, backup support, and proper IT compliance practices
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: B.Tech in Computer Science / Information Technology / Related Field
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Technical Support

- Strong hardware and networking knowledge

Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
