Job Summary:
We are hiring an Accounts Executive to manage accounting activities, financial records, Zoho accounting entries, and VAT-related documentation. The ideal candidate should have 3 years of accounting experience, with preferred knowledge in Zoho and UAE VAT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting entries and financial transactions
- Manage accounts using Zoho accounting software
- Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment records
- Maintain purchase, sales, receipt, and expense records
- Support UAE VAT calculation, documentation, and filing-related activities
- Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and account balances
- Prepare basic financial reports and submit updates to management
- Maintain proper filing of accounts and tax-related documents
- Coordinate with management, auditors, and finance team when required
- Ensure accuracy in data entry, calculations, and financial records
Eligibility Criteria:
Gender: Male / Female
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com
Experience: 3 years of experience
Preferred Experience: Zoho and UAE VAT knowledge preferred
Skills Required:
- Accounting and finance knowledge
- Zoho accounting software knowledge preferred
- UAE VAT knowledge preferred
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge
- Data entry and calculation accuracy
- Documentation and record-keeping skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Responsible and organized work attitude
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ₹30,000 per month, based on experience
