Job Summary:
We are hiring a Purchase Coordinator to manage purchase activities, coordinate with vendors, maintain purchase records, and support procurement operations. Experienced candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily purchase and procurement activities
  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers for material requirements
  • Collect quotations and compare pricing when required
  • Prepare purchase orders and maintain purchase records
  • Follow up on deliveries and ensure timely material availability
  • Coordinate with accounts, stores, and management teams
  • Maintain proper documentation of bills, invoices, and purchase details
  • Support cost control and vendor relationship management

Eligibility Criteria:
Gender: Male / Female
Experience: Experienced candidates preferred
Qualification: Degree

Skills Required:

  • Purchase/procurement coordination skills
  • Vendor handling and negotiation ability
  • Documentation and record-keeping skills
  • Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge
  • Good communication skills
  • Responsible and organized work attitude

Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ₹15,000 – based on experience
