Job Summary:
We are hiring a Front Office Executive to manage reception, customer handling, administrative support, and daily front office activities. The ideal candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience as an Admin Assistant or Customer Relation Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, customers, and clients
- Handle phone calls, enquiries, and front office communication
- Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules
- Provide customer support and resolve basic enquiries
- Coordinate with internal departments for daily operations
- Manage documentation, filing, and basic admin work
- Maintain a professional and organized reception area
- Support office coordination and daily reporting activities
Eligibility Criteria:
Gender: Female
Experience: Minimum 1 year as Admin Assistant / CRE
Qualification: Above Plus Two
Age: 25–30 Years
Skills Required:
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Front office and admin coordination skills
- Professional appearance and polite attitude
- Time management and organizational skills
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on experience
