Job Summary:
We are hiring a Sales Executive / Loan Officer to handle loan sales, customer support, lead generation, and business development activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, sales ability, and minimum 1 year of experience. Experienced candidates are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote loan products and financial services to customers
- Generate new leads through field visits, references, and customer follow-ups
- Explain loan options, eligibility, documentation, and process details to customers
- Assist customers in completing loan applications and required documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and approvals
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain proper customer records and follow-up reports
- Provide professional customer service throughout the loan process
- Collect market feedback and support business development activities
Eligibility Criteria:
Gender: Male / Female
Experience: Minimum 1 year, experienced candidates preferred
Qualification: Plus Two / +2
Skills Required:
- Sales and customer handling skills
- Basic knowledge or interest in loan/financial products
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Lead generation and follow-up ability
- Documentation and coordination skills
- Target-oriented attitude
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to travel for customer visits if required
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience
