Job Summary:
We are hiring a Sales Manager / Agency Manager to handle sales activities, manage agency operations, build client relationships, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, leadership ability, and minimum 1 year of experience. Experienced candidates are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales and agency-related activities
- Generate new business leads and convert them into sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers
- Coordinate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Recruit, guide, and support agency/business partners if required
- Monitor daily sales performance and prepare reports
- Conduct follow-ups with potential and existing customers
- Promote company products/services effectively
- Support business development and market expansion activities
- Ensure proper customer service and professional communication

Gender: Male / Female
Experience: Minimum 1 year, experienced candidates preferred
