Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales & Billing Executive to handle sales transactions and billing operations efficiently. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth customer service and accurate billing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product selection and sales
• Generate bills and invoices accurately
• Handle cash, digital payments, and billing software
• Maintain daily sales and billing records
• Ensure proper stock handling and coordination
• Provide excellent customer service and support
• Resolve customer queries and billing issues
• Coordinate with the accounts team for reporting

Eligibility Criteria:

• Gender: Female
• Qualification: Plus Two (Higher Secondary)
• Experience: Freshers / Experienced candidates can apply
• Skills Required:
  • Basic billing and computer knowledge
  • Customer handling skills
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
