Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Relation Executive to manage client interactions and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers and handling their queries effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs
- Support sales and marketing teams in customer engagement activities
- Ensure a positive customer experience at all touchpoints
Eligibility Criteria:
- Gender: Female
- Qualification: Plus Two (Higher Secondary)
- Experience: Freshers / Experienced candidates can apply
- Age Limit: Up to 35 years
- Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer handling and problem-solving ability
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and patience
Salary & Benefits:
