Job Summary:
We are looking for a well-presented and customer-friendly Front Office Assistant to manage reception duties and ensure a positive first impression for visitors. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle front desk operations including check-ins and inquiries
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
- Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication
- Handle basic administrative tasks (emails, data entry, filing)
- Ensure reception area is neat and presentable at all times
- Assist guests with information and support as required
- Manage customer queries and provide prompt resolutions
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Hotel Management
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience
- Gender: Male
- Languages Required:
- English
- Malayalam
- Tamil
- Hindi (Basic)
- Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service orientation
- Basic computer knowledge
