Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Travel Consultant to join our team. The role involves assisting clients in planning, booking, and managing their travel needs while ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in planning travel itineraries including flights, hotels, and tour packages
- Provide accurate information on travel destinations, pricing, and available options
- Handle bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling requests efficiently
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Recommend and upsell travel packages based on customer preferences
- Stay updated on travel regulations, visa requirements, and industry trends
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners
- Maintain records of bookings and customer interactions
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Any Degree
- Maximum Age Limit: 28 years
- Skills Required:
- Good communication skills
- Customer handling ability
- Basic computer knowledge
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹12,000 per month
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
